What is black garlic?
Regularly known as white garlic, black garlic is aged to perfection to give a rich, sweet flavour, buy black garlic cloves. Absolutely nothing added!
Black garlic is produced by treating fresh garlic for 4 to 40 days at high temperatures of 40 to 60°C and high humidity.
It transitions from white to black through a Maillard reaction that forms different compounds.

- A refined mix of rich molasses, with a rich sweet and tangy garlic undertone.
- Optionally eaten raw and may also be utilised for adding extra flavour in recipes. It can also be used as a snack or in a dessert.
