This week, I took a trip to Morocco, interviewing Divina De Campo on my BBC Radio show, filming with Jo O’Meara and the importance of mental health.

Morocco Baby!
I had the most truly amazing time visiting Agadir in Morocco.
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout, which was just fabulousness (a view of the pool AND beach!), and went to the famous Festival Rallye Du Maroc; what a night.

It was also great to visit the State of the art Cable Car in Danialand and the local Souk.
I haven’t been away since before lockdown, so it was a real treat to be away in the sunshine; I think it did me a world of good, and I can’t wait to go back and visit again.
Huge thank you to Nick Ede and Mounia Tazi for organising such a wonderful trip.
BBC Radio/Divina De Campo
I co-presented on BBC Radio Sussex and BBC Radio Surrey this week with Connor Moseley.

A real highlight of the week on the Show was chatting with Divina De Campo (best known for RuPaul’s Drag Race UK). Gosh did; we have a great chat and non-stop laughter.
Divina De Campo told us she’s off to do Panto in Bradford this year and presenting ‘Boots Down Bingo’ coming up in November – it sounds like a great night to me; bring it ON.
Feel good factor this Autumn/Winter
I think it’s great that people are speaking out more about Mental Health. It’s so important to talk.

I’ve been really trying to work on my mindset over the last couple of months, especially with the change of weather, which I find affects me.
I’ve tried to set a routine where I do gratitude in the morning and evening! I ensure that I do my daily swims at my local David Lloyd Club, although sometimes I don’t feel like going… I ALWAYS feel better afterwards.
Theatre Cafe Diner
I filmed with the brilliant Jo O’Meara at the Theatre Cafe Diner; what a fab morning we had.

Jo O’Meara has released Thriller in aid of the Charity Great Osmond Street – make sure you download/stream; it all helps.
The Show we filmed is due to air on Saturday 29th October, at 9pm on Freeview Channel 271.
The Theatre Cafe Diner on Shaftesbury Avenue first opened its door last week, and it’s my new favourite hangout.
Huge Congratulations to Jack Malin and the team – Delicious food and 10/10 entertainment from the Theatre Cafe Staff singing Musical Theatre Songs! (Right up my street!).
Well, that’s it for this week, and as usual, I will leave you with a TV show—this time with Rachael Wooding and Bob Harms from the West End production of Pretty Woman. The show was filmed at The Savoy Theatre. Have a great week.
