This week I enjoy a Relaxing Day at the Spa, make my Brits Predictions, and you don’t want to miss Sam Mendes‘ Stunning Production of The Lehman Trilogy!

Great way to spend a cold day at a spa
pool with the steam coming off that looks so magical. It also has the most incredible spa.
My favourite part is the Jacuzzi that starts inside and through to the outside.

My friend Larissa and I stayed outside chatting for at least an hour. It was so warm and gorgeous. It has a foot spa, heated beds, an ice room, a sauna and a steam room. It’s a really lovely relaxing place, so you forget about everything. It’s so good that it’s situated near Wimbledon as it’s easy for me to get there. You feel like you can be anywhere.
We had the most amazing day; it’s nice sometimes to do something like this to get away from city life. I hadn’t seen my friend Larissa for ages, so it was lovely to have a girlie catch-up. I thoroughly recommend this spa.
My take on the Brits and my predictions.
I’m really looking to the 43rd Brits Awards hosted by Mo Gillingham at the O2.
It’s interesting that it’s on a Saturday night this year. It is usually a Tuesday or a Thursday.
I guess they moved it, so people don’t have sore heads at work the next day.

There is always an artist that comes away with a lot of awards. While writing this, I think Harry Styles will win big with the best album of the year and British artist of the year, which are the most significant two categories. It’s definitely going to be his night.
I also want to see Sam Ryder win best new Artist. He’s the most successful British Eurovision entry since 1988, and he totally made my New Year’s Eve.
For international song of the year, I would like to see it go to Lizzo with About Damn Time.
I know that artists performing on the night include Harry Styles, Lewis Capaldi, Lizzo, Stormzy, and Ella Henderson, to name but a few.
My favourite memory of the Brits was probably the 90s when the Specie Girls performed. Gerry Halliwell stole the show with her Union Jack dress.
I’m really looking forward to watching it at 8:30pm on ITV
The Lehman Trilogy
I was very privileged to be invited to the Lehman Trilogy at the Gillian Lynne Theatre.
The play dramatises the rise and fall of the Lehman family from when they arrived in the USA in 1844 to the spectacular collapse in 2008, causing a global recession.

Their story is an analogue of capitalism from the 19th to the 21st centuries.
I saw the director Sam Mendes at the theatre.
Well, that is it for this week. We have some excellent tv shows coming up with Mark “The Beast” Labbett from The Chase on Saturday Night With Hayley Palmer on February 18th. More on this show next week.
Have a great week, and see you soon.
